Other than a hiccup with Amazon downloads (which tech support fixed in a timely manner) everything went very smoothly. I only download videos/TV shows which are not available for purchase and Keeprix allows me to do that, for which I am grateful! -- John

I rarely rate products, but this product is exceptional. I thought it was too good to be true, but Keeprix has allowed me to download my travel movies from the major platforms seamlessly. I can watch them on my flight or on my long road trips, and delete them at my discretion to free hard drive space on my laptop. I couldn't believe that it also seems to have compressed the movies without any discernible loss of quality that I can see. I excitedly give Keeprix 5 Stars because I couldn't give it 6. Wow!

It’s good, when it works. But the software will stop working every so often. I also can’t download the latest update. The button to download the next update is unresponsive. Also I wish I could download videos at higher resolution than 720p. But still, a good product for downloading videos quickly and easily when it works.
