Don't be fooled by YouTubers that tell you that for Windows you only need Microsoft Defender. Microsoft Defender is NOT a good antivirus. ESET is excellent anti-virus software that works and finds what Microsoft Defender misses. I had a virus that Defender let through the gate. I purchased ESET and it immediately found the virus, removed it and the issues that the virus was causing instantly were gone. DO NOT TRUST your valuable data to Microsoft! Also - use StackSocial to purchase this product.

Cheap and legitimate license for ESET Home Security Essential for a very decent price. Registers in ESET my portal for advertised 1-year 1-user license with renewals turned off which is a benefit of buying from SS even though bought with credit card. Other places costs 3 * as much even with discount codes or sales. So far, no problems with ESET installed, software is running smoothly & license for one year is working correctly! Very happy with purchase and will buy again next year from SS if the ESET product or a similar ESET license is available.

The key arrived in secs and I was able to link it Eset Home. I have been using Eset for years and this deal is hard to pass as Eset is relatively expensice. Need to check with Eset support if I can stack up licenses.
